When your multi-site admin shares a new form template with your location, staff with Admin permissions will receive an email notification. Admins and Managers can then use the template to create and share your own forms with families!
Create a form from a organization template
Once you create a form from a template, it becomes a unique copy that belongs to your location. This means any future changes, deletions, or closures of the original template by your multi-site admin will not affect the forms you have already created.
Log in to the web
Click Paperwork in the sidebar menu
Hit Create new > select the type of form you want to create
Under Organization forms, choose from the available templates
Customize the form as needed, then click Done to share it with families
