If the student profile was archived and not permanently deleted, providers should remove any status filters before searching for the student. By default, brightwheel filters lists to show only students with an Active enrollment status.
When searching on the web, simply click My School > Students, then click the X in the Student status field remove the status filter. You can then search for the student name.
