Why are students visible on the web but not in the mobile app?

If a student is visible on the web but not in the mobile app, first verify they are assigned to the correct rooms.

If this doesn't resolve the issue, confirm the student has an Active enrollment status and that your room settings are configured to display Active students. Incorrect status selections can cause visibility problems.

To adjust these settings on the mobile app:

  1. From the Administrator Home page, tap Rooms.

  2. Select the room where the student is missing, then tap Manage or the gear icon.

  3. Update the Student Statuses field to show Active students

  4. Tap Save.
