🤝 How to submit a referral
You can share referrals in one of two ways:
Email or text your brightwheel Account Executive
Note: If you are a provider in Iowa, Kansas, Kentucky, or Ohio, email govent@mybrightwheel.com for referral promotions specific to your state!

Name
Email
Phone number
Name of school (optional)
Number of students (optional)
✅ Referral qualifications
Must be a child care or preschool provider in the U.S. or Canada
Capacity of at least 10 students
Not an existing brightwheel customer
Signs up for brightwheel Premium
💰 When will I get the free month?
It may take up to 90 days for your free month to be applied. For new brightwheel customers, the referral promotion is only applied after you've paid at least one full-price invoice for brightwheel Premium.
📣 How many free months can I get?
As long as your referral meets the qualifications above, you'll get a free month for EACH program you refer that signs up. This means if you refer 5 qualified providers who sign up, you'll get 5 free months of brightwheel Premium!
