Once Administrators add Time off in brightwheel, staff can easily view their Time off from the Time off tab on the mobile app, or from Schedules.
View Time off
From the mobile app, non-Admin staff can view a summary of all paid and unpaid time off, including the reason (e.g., vacation, holiday, sick leave).
Log in on the app
Click the ≡ menu in the top left corner
Tap Time off
Under View & Date, select the timeframe for the Time off desired
Click the arrow next to any Time off event to view additional details such as notes, dates and times
If there are multiple pages of results, click Load more at the bottom of the page
