Encourage parents to subscribe to daily report emails so they see a recap of their child’s day upon check-out. For urgent messages, use SMS texts. Parents can update their mobile number and email any time in their brightwheel profile, so have them verify their information this back-to-school to ensure they never miss an update.
Support safety in your staff check-in process.
As new families and staff start at your program, promote wellness and peace of mind with a customizable questionnaire upon check-in*. You can also log temperature checks and health notes throughout the day, all in your brightwheel app.
*To make staff check-in an easier experience, you can now automatically check out staff at midnight if they forget to clock out. This will make payroll reporting even more accurate and efficient!
