The Administrator Dashboard on the web gives you a real-time overview of your entire program. From onboarding tasks to daily activity monitoring, this page helps you stay informed and quickly navigate to key areas of your program.
Monitor daily operations
The Administrator Dashboard provides a snapshot of whatâs happening across your program.
Current room ratios
View real-time staffing and student counts for every room, including who is checked in and overall coverage status.

Hover over the student or staff counts to see specific names.
For a more detailed look, click the widget header to open the Room Check report.
Todayâs logged activities
See a summary of all activities logged across your program for the current day,
If students are checked in but no activities have been logged, youâll see a Remind Staff option to quickly notify that roomâs staff.
Upcoming birthdays
View student and staff birthdays occurring within the next 30 days. Birthdays will appear if a date of birth is listed on the account.
View key notifications
From the Administrator Dashboard, you can also click the bell icon in the top right of your screen to view important updates for your program in one real-time, easy-to-scan notification feed.
Each notification links directly to where you can take action, helping ensure nothing critical is missed.
Youâll get notifications about:
Billing: payment failures, bounced checks, dispute updates, and more
Forms: submissions, Sign-up responses and cancellations
Packets: submissions
Health screens: failed screenings
Staff: newly added staff
And more!
Note: These notifications are currently available on web only and for admins only. Clicking a notification will not clear related emails or notifications elsewhere, and notification cannot be customized or turned off at this time.
