Spotlight automatically detects high-priority issues in your brightwheel account (undelivered invites, failed payments, stalled admissions packets, missing staff checkouts, etc.) and surfaces them with a recommended action to resolve each one.
This means nothing important slips through the cracks so you always stay on top of daily operations without constantly checking different parts of brightwheel.
Note: We are still rolling this out to all providers, and you may not see it in your account just yet.

đĄ Tips:
FAQs
Did I do something wrong / why am I seeing this?
No. Spotlight proactively flags things that need attention and seeing an issue just means there's something worth a quick look, not that you made a mistake.
Does Spotlight take action for me automatically?
No. It surfaces the issue and gives you a fast path to resolve it, but you stay in control of the action.
Why did an issue disappear / stop showing?
Many checks run on a schedule (daily, weekly, or monthly) and resolve once the underlying problem is fixed.
I think this flag is wrong / inaccurate â what do I do?
Please contact brightwheel Support directly so we can investigate.
Is Spotlight on mobile?
Web only for now.
