View my provider's menus and meals served

[For Guardians + Staff] Learn how to view your program's meal menu.

If made available by your provider, Parent contacts and staff can view served meals and menus directly within your brightwheel mobile app. You can quickly view what is being served for the week.

Note: If no menu has been assigned for a particular week, a message will appear to let you know. Please contact your provider directly for questions about program provided meals.


View Menus

For Parent contacts

You can view your child’s room menu from their profile in the brightwheel mobile app.

  1. Log in on the app

  2. Select your child’s profile

  3. Tap Calendar

  4. Select the Menu tab at the top

For staff

Staff members can view menus in their assigned rooms.

  1. Log in on the app

    • If using iOS, press the ≔ menu icon in the top left corner, then select Calendar

    • If using Android, choose the Calendar tab from your home screen

  2. Select the Menu tab at the top

Note: Menus are read-only and update automatically when changes are made by your administrator, ensuring you always have the most up-to-date information.
