Edit, delete and manage staff time off

[For Admins + Managers] Learn how to edit and delete staff time off, plus time off edit history.

Staff time off can be edited directly from the Time off page or within Schedules.


Edit time off

  1. Log in on the web

  2. Go to Staff & Payroll in the sidebar menu > Time off tab

  3. Select the Upcoming or History tab

  4. Hit Actions > Edit next to the record

  5. Make edits, then hit Save


Delete time off

  1. Log in on the web

  2. Go to Staff & Payroll in the sidebar menu > Time off tab

  3. Select the Upcoming or History tab

  4. Hit Actions > Delete next to the record


Manage time off from schedules

Admins can also make adjustments to time off directly from staff Schedules.

  1. Log in on the web

  2. Select My School in the sidebar menu > Schedules

  3. Click the time off slot, then hit Edit or Delete


View time off edit history

Admins can view who created or edited a time off record to help ensure records are accurate.

  1. Log in on the web

  2. Go to Staff & Payroll in the sidebar menu > Time off tab

  3. Select the Upcoming or History tab

  4. Hit Actions > See history next to the record
