Billing plan templates can be edited or deleted at any time to reflect changes in rates or billing schedules. Templates can be managed at the individual site level or across multiple locations for multi-site programs.
Templates at a single site
Admins can edit or delete templates created at a single site. Changes don’t affect existing student plans assigned and only apply to future plans.

Log in on the web
From the sidebar, click Billing > Library
Next to the template, click Actions
Select Edit plan template or Delete plan template
Note: If you can’t edit or delete a billing plan template, you may not have permission, or the template was created at the multi-site level. Please contact your program administrator directly for help.
Templates across multiple sites
Multi-site Admins can edit, delete, or manage location access for organization-level templates shared across multiple program locations.

Editing or deleting a template affects the templates sites can create going forward, but does not impact plans already assigned to students.
Log in on the web
At the top of the left sidebar menu, click the current program name
Click Billing in the sidebar menu > Library tab
Next to the template, hit Actions > Edit plan template or Delete plan template
Change which locations can use a template
Multi-site Admins can assign templates to specific locations or remove them as needed. Removing a location does not delete any billing plans already assigned to students.
Log in on the web
At the top of the left sidebar menu, click the current program name
Click Billing in the sidebar menu > Library tab
Next to the template, hit Actions > Edit location access next to the template
Turn locations on or off, then click Save
