Once you log observations and assessments for student development, you have access to a variety of reports that help identify each child’s strengths, areas for growth, and needs across the learning domains.

View class progress

The Assessment Status Overview report provides a big-picture view of how your entire program, or a specific class, is performing.

You can see a list of each student with the skills they are developing for each learning domain (e.g. social and emotional development, mathematics, approaches to learning, language and literacy, etc.).

The report highlights students’ assessed performance in each skill and where there may be opportunities to support student learning. The report also shows which observations have been collected and identifies gaps or skills that should be assessed next.

  1. Log in on the web

  2. Hit Learning > Assessments

  3. Narrow down results by searching for the specific student(s), filter by Rooms, or by the Date range

šŸ’” Tip: From the Assessments tab, click over the skill name to view more details like the description, last observation date, and total number of observations.

View individual student progress

Once you’ve reviewed the overall trends in the Assessment Status Overview report, you can easily narrow down into the details for a single student using the Student Progress Report. This report tells the full story of each child’s growth for up to 5 years in the past and in multiple classrooms, one skill at a time.

  1. Log in on the web

  2. Hit Learning > Assessments

  3. Click a student's name to view their individual progress

  4. Filter by Domain and Date range as needed
ā„¹ļø Date range will default to the last 6 months

šŸ’”Looking to see how a child has grown over time? Click into the skill to access a snapshot of the child’s progress report. You’ll see a six-month view of every time the skill was assessed, including notes, photos, and a progress graph that tells the story of that child’s development.
