Expense Management in brightwheel is here! Access it today in the Expenses tab to track income, save time, and make informed financial decisions. Watch our Product and Design team’s Onboarding video and read our Help Center article to get started—it's included in your Premium Subscription at no extra cost! 🤩
You can now include submission fees in Admission packets. 🎉
Administrators can now easily add fees to Admission packets, ensuring seamless billing for families completing paperwork. Once a parent submits a packet with a fee, an invoice is automatically created and ready for payment. Administrators can track payment status in both the Billing tab and the Admissions packet table.

In brightwheel, you can create a custom Newsletter to share learning updates, but with Experience Curriculum, it's all done for you! Save time with daily lesson plans, materials delivered to your door, and built-in family engagement tools. Experience Curriculum includes printed Newsletters for baby and toddler boxes, plus unlimited digital copies for baby, toddler, and preschool.

Need to step away while working on an Admissions packet? Now, you can save your progress as a draft and pick up right where you left off whenever you're ready.
📄Easily duplicate Admissions packets
Save time by making a copy of a previous Admissions packet! Create a new packet with a fresh name and welcome message—no need to start from scratch.
🖨️Printed QR codes for Quick Scan have been enhanced
Now, when printing your school’s QR code for check-in, your school name, brightwheel logo, and instructions will be present to make check-in a breeze.
