Providers can easily report on expenses and income by category, along with quickly calculating a profit and loss summary.
Gain a holistic view from the Expense Dashboard
From the Expenses > Overview tab on the web, providers can conveniently see a snapshot of their money spent, income and recent transactions in a graph or pie chart view.
You can even click Print in the upper right corner of the screen to print the page.
Report on profit and loss
The Profit & Loss page shows a comparison of income and expenses, giving you insight into your total profit as a program. You can export or print this report as needed.
Log into brightwheel on the web
Select Expenses from the left side menu
Click the Profit & loss tab
(Optional) Select Export, or Print in the top right corner

Export receipts
Once a receipt is uploaded on the Transactions page, providers can click Download receipts to download all the PDF files or photos of receipts uploaded.
