Use brightwheel’s parent directory to easily connect your families.
Make it even easier for parents to get in touch! You can now toggle on parent directories in your school settings. Parents will be able to view this directory of other brightwheel parents in the program in their account on the web and mobile app. Find more information here.

You and your staff can now view the brightwheel app in Spanish!
Earlier this summer, brightwheel released a translated mobile and web app experience for Spanish-speaking families. We’re thrilled to share that you and your staff can now view the brightwheel web and mobile app in Spanish as well.

Get paid on time, every time with payer-level autopay. You can customize auto-pay settings for specific families, allowing for more flexibility and control over your finances.
This means you can have:
Autopay turned on for your school but off for certain families or payers for extra grace.
Autopay turned off for your school but on for certain families that need a little more structure in their payment plans.
