Begin Using Billing

Note: If you are a parent ready to get set up on billing, please see here!

To get started, sign up for billing by entering your deposit account information under Billing>>Activate Account. Please be sure to add the full details for your Billing Administrator! Your Billing Administrator should be the person who manages and is authorized to make decisions about the company's funds. That can be the owner, site manager, staff accountant, etc. The Billing Administrator does not need to match the name of the Bank Account owner.   

Please Note: It can take up to 3 business days for your account to be fully verified and ready to receive payments. The best way to ensure that your account is verified quickly is to enter all requested information under School Information.

Billing Settings

You can turn on/off Parent payment options such as the ability to pay with credit cards, partial payments, and you can make auto-pay mandatory. Watch this video to see how:
