If your business has received an offer, the application takes just a few minutes. This article outlines how to review your brightwheel Capital offer to receive funds in as soon as 2 business days, if youâre approved.

How to apply
Log in to brightwheel on the web
In the sidebar menu, go to Billing
Select Capital tab
If you are eligible, click View your offer to review and accept your financing agreement, then submit
If youâre approved, the financing amount will be deposited into the bank account associated with your brightwheel account in as soon as 2 business days, along with your usual payout.
Note: If you donât see this option, this means you are not eligible. You can learn more about our eligibility requirements here.
After your funds arrive
Once your funds are deposited, your Capital page in brightwheel becomes active.
From there you can:
View a daily summary of your payment progress
See your remaining balance toward the total amount financed
Click Make Payment to pay off your balance faster â no fees for paying early
