For Lesson plans to be visible to staff and families on the mobile app, the Lesson plan template must be assigned to a room and for a specific week.
Once assigned, it creates an independent copy for that room and it can be customized to that specific room. Any edits made to that copy will apply only to that room and will not affect the original template.
Assign Lesson plan templates to rooms
Log in on the web
Click Learning in the sidebar menu
Hit Library > Lesson plan templates
Select the desired template, then Assign to room
Choose the room(s) and the week to assign the plan
View Lesson plans assigned to rooms
Once a Lesson plan has been assigned to a room from a template, you can view the unique copy created from the Overview tab. You can view Lessons assigned for each month and make any edits as needed.
Log in on the web
Click Learning in the sidebar menu
From the Overview tab, click through each month to view assigned Lessons
