Brightwheel has begun releasing our new billing platform for new users. If the content in this article does not match what you see in your account, we are actively working to release these features for you as soon as possible. We appreciate your patience as we work to continue to improve your brightwheel billing experience.

The deposits dashboard on brightwheel is the best location for a comprehensive update of deposits that schools have received from parents!

  1. Login to brightwheel on your desktop computer for best results.

  2. Select "Billing" at the top of your page and "Deposits" on the billing dashboard. 

3. Once you are in the "Deposits" screen you will see all deposits that have made it to your account. 

4. You will also see the totals for
Pending (this is updated as soon as the parent clicks "Pay")
In-Transit (this is the total on it's way to your bank today
Deposited (all time total that has been deposited in to your account.)

5. You may then select "View Details" to get further information about your deposit.

6. Here you will see the total number of payments that have been lumped in to the deposit, the type of payment that was made (Credit Card vs ACH), as well as the total processing fees associated with these payments.
7. You may then select "View" next to any of your invoices and you will be linked directly to the invoice that the payment is associated with!
