You can now share Sign-Ups directly in brightwheel with individual families or entire rooms. Plus, email or download to print sign-ups, making it even easier for you and your staff to track who’s signed up for each event.
NEW: Deposit checks in brightwheel
No more daily bank runs or manually logging checks! Admins can now deposit checks right in brightwheel—quickly and securely. Once deposited, the payment will automatically record in the student’s billing profiles, saving time and ensuring accuracy.
Due dates & expiration dates to enhance your Forms experience
Stay on top of family paperwork effortlessly. Forms and packets will now send automated reminders based on your set due dates and expiration dates. If no due date is set, brightwheel follows the standard reminder cadence, helping you complete everything on time.
