This article outlines the steps for schools looking to add and verify their bank account for their brightwheel premium payments. 

**Please note this process can sometimes take up to 3 days, please give yourself time to set up the account so that you can pay on time!

To enter or update your payment method for your monthly brightwheel payments, please navigate to your account page on the website. If you choose to use your bank account for your monthly payments, you are given two options on how you would like to enter it. The first option allows you to simply locate your bank, sign in, and that's it!
 

If your bank is not listed in the options window, this article outlines the steps to verify your account using "Micro-Deposits".

Step 1

Click “Verify My Account using Micro-Deposits”. 

Step 2

Enter the Account Holder's Name, Routing Number, an Account Number. Click Add.

Step 3

Please read the instructions shown to complete the verification process.
Within 24-48 hours 2 small deposits will be placed in your bank account. Once you have the 2 amounts, proceed to the next step. 

Step 4

Return to your account page on the website, and click "Verify My Bank Account".

Step 5

Enter the 2 micro deposits. Click "Verify".

Step 6

If you haven't already done so, Click Enroll & Pay!
