Yes! Messaging is a premium feature available in the mobile app. Parents can leave messages for teachers by clicking the message icon under their child's profile picture. You will need to select either one of the four preset messages or General:

  1. Late Drop Off
  2. Late Pick Up
  3. Early Pick Up
  4. Absent
  5. General

After making your selection you can also add a comment for further explanation.
Currently there is no way to send a message through our web portal.

Please note: 

  • Messages are not currently "threaded" in the same way as an email or text string.  This is designed intentionally to be a place for brief notes between parents and teachers.  
  • Only Parents can see the Inbox and Sent box in a child's profile.  Family and Approved Pick-ups can send and receive messages, but will not have access to the same message history that Parents have.
