Enable Signatures

As the admin, you can select which option for check-in you want to enable for all of your parents. The signatures requirement can be activated via the mobile app:

  1. From Admin Tools select Student & Staff Check-in
  2. Click the settings gear at the top-right of the screen
  3. Select Parent check-in/out method
  4. Choose the option Ask for a signature

When this feature is activated parents and approved pickups will be asked to provide their signature at check-in/check-out.

Signature Report

To access your signatures later or print a report, we recommend using the Check-in Report online. 

  1. Go to Reports > Check-ins
  2. Enter a room and date range to see the check-in data 
  3. Then select the Print icon on the left, to get a printer-friendly version of this report

Please note: signatures cannot be exported into a spreadsheet.
