Subscribing to Daily Reports as a Parent

Parent contacts are able to subscribe to Daily Report emails through their account settings on the app or on the web. After parents have enabled Daily Reports, emailed summaries will be sent automatically when the student is checked out, with no additional action needed from administrators or staff.

Please note that parents won’t receive Daily Reports if their students haven’t been checked in or out for the day or if no activities were logged. Activities marked as Staff-Only won’t be included in Daily Reports. Additionally, parent contacts with only a phone number on file will need to add an email address to receive the report.
